1. Purpose

ATF Vision Islamic Institute is committed to upholding the highest standards of Islamic character, honesty, and ethical conduct in all aspects of its online Quran education.

This policy defines the expected behavior of students, parents, and all participants to ensure a respectful and trustworthy learning environment.

3. Expected Student Conduct

Students must:

4. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

  • Support a positive and distraction-free learning environment

5. Fair Use of Academy Services

To maintain fairness and integrity:

  • Classes are strictly for the registered student only
  • Sharing access to lessons with others is not allowed
  • Trial classes must not be misused or repeatedly exploited
  • Institute resources must be used only for learning purposes

6. Communication Ethics

All communication must follow respectful and professional standards:

  • No abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate language
  • No harassment or intimidation of teachers or staff
  • Honest and clear communication in all matters

The Institute reserves the right to take action against inappropriate behavior.

7. Protection of Institutional Integrity

To safeguard the Institute:

  • Any attempt to harm the reputation of the Institute through false claims or misleading information is strictly prohibited
  • Students and parents must not engage in actions that weaken trust in the Institute’s system
  • Respect for institutional policies and structure is required at all times

8. Teacher–Student Boundaries

To maintain professionalism and trust:

  • All interactions must remain within official academy channels
  • Personal or unofficial arrangements are discouraged
  • Respect for professional boundaries must be maintained

9. Misuse & Unethical Behavior

The following actions are considered violations:

  • Dishonesty in participation or reporting
  • Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior
  • Misuse of academy systems or services
  • Any conduct against Islamic ethics or moral standards

10. Consequences of Violations

If any participant violates this policy, the Institute may take appropriate action, including:

  • Warning or counseling
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent removal from the Institute

Decisions will be made based on the seriousness of the matter.

11. Continuous Improvement

The Institute promotes a culture of:

  • Self-improvement
  • Moral development
  • Positive learning attitudes

Students and parents are encouraged to grow in both knowledge and character.
