1. Introduction

Welcome to ATF Vision Islamic Institute (“Institute”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our online Quran academy services, you (“Student”, “Parent”, “User”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.


2. Services Offered

We provide:

  • Online Quran classes (Nazra, Hifz, Tajweed, Islamic Studies)
  • One-on-one (individual) classes
  • Group classes (multiple students in one session)
  • Male and female qualified teachers

Group Classes Policy:

  • Group classes include multiple students learning together.
  • Fees for group classes are generally lower than individual classes.
  • Class timing, syllabus, and pace are managed for the group.
  • Individual attention may be limited compared to one-on-one classes.
  • Missed group classes are not compensated or rescheduled individually.
  • Students must maintain discipline and respectful behavior at all times.

3. Free Trial Policy

  • We offer a 3-day free trial for new students.
  • The trial allows evaluation of teaching quality, teacher compatibility, and scheduling.
  • No payment is required during the trial.

Important:
After the trial period ends, continuation of classes requires advance fee payment. No classes will continue without payment confirmation.


4. Fee & Payment Terms

  • Fees must be paid in advance (weekly or monthly as agreed).
  • Accepted payment methods may include:
    • Bank transfer
    • JazzCash / Easypaisa
    • International remittance (for overseas students)
  • Failure to pay on time may result in:
    • Suspension of classes
    • Cancellation of schedule
  • Fee structure may vary depending on:
    • Course type
    • Class type (individual or group)
    • Location (Pakistan or international)

5. Refund Policy

  • All fees are non-refundable, except in exceptional cases at the Institute’s discretion.
  • Missed classes by the student are not refundable or adjustable.
  • If the Institute cancels a class, it will be rescheduled.

6. Attendance & Scheduling

  • Students must attend classes on time.
  • A minimum of 2–4 hours prior notice is required for class cancellation.
  • Repeated absence without notice may lead to termination of classes.
  • Teachers will wait a reasonable time (e.g., 10–15 minutes); after that, the class may be marked as missed.

7. Code of Conduct

Students and parents must:

  • Maintain respectful and Islamic behavior
  • Avoid inappropriate language or actions
  • Ensure a proper and distraction-free learning environment

Violation may result in warning or immediate termination of services.


8. Teacher Assignment

  • Teachers are assigned based on availability and student requirements.
  • The Institute reserves the right to change teachers when necessary.
  • Students may request a teacher change with valid reasons.

9. Non-Circumvention Policy (Important)

Students and parents are strictly prohibited from:

  • Contacting teachers privately outside the Institute
  • Hiring or attempting to hire teachers directly

Any violation may result in:

  • Immediate termination of services
  • Permanent ban from the Institute

10. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your information.

We may collect:

  • Name, phone number, email
  • Payment details

Your data is used only for:

  • Class management
  • Communication
  • Billing

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except if required under applicable laws of Pakistan.


11. Use of Technology

Students are responsible for:

  • Stable internet connection
  • Working audio/video devices

The Institute is not responsible for:

  • Internet issues
  • Power outages
  • Device problems on the student’s side

12. Recording Policy

  • Classes may be recorded for quality control and training purposes.
  • By enrolling, you consent to such recordings.

13. Limitation of Liability

ATF Vision Islamic Institute is not responsible for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Academic outcomes dependent on student effort
  • Technical disruptions beyond our control

14. Compliance with Laws

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.


15. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in case of:

  • Non-payment
  • Misconduct
  • Violation of these Terms

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services means acceptance of updated terms.
